Your customers could submit an application for a MetLife policy using the Application Submission API.
API Selection Considerations
There are a few things to consider when deciding whether or not a particular MetLife API is right for you:
- How do you plan to use the API? We’ll need to know this up front to determine your support needs.
- We require testing in our sandbox environment.
- In the short term, you will need to periodically email status reports for audits/true-ups.

Invocation
Establishing a connection to our API is an easy process. We use a token-based access model to grant you access to our APIs. When registering, you’ll receive a client identifier for your organization and further instructions on how subscribe to our APIs. Read more on the API Integration Guide.
